As the Cannes Film Festival, now in its 70th year, marches on, the lines have become more and more blurred when it comes to film and fashion. And thanks to Fashion for Relief, an annual fashion show coinciding with the Cannes Film Festival (which was organized by Naomi Campbell to raise funds for Save the Children this year), there's a clear reason models often show up at the fest in droves.
Kendall Jenner walked the red carpet at last night's event wearing an outfit that defies the festival's notoriously strict dress code: a dramatic one-sleeve top with a long train and high-waisted denim shorts from Alexandre Vauthier's S/S 17 couture collection paired with patent leather Sergio Rossi pumps. And yes, while they're couture denim shorts, they're denim shorts nonetheless, and the look is one that only Kendall Jenner (see: her see-through pants airport outfit) could pull off with such ease.
