If You Consider Yourself a Nail Minimalist, Then You'll Love Wearing These 11 Pedicure Colours on Your Toes
Not one for a bright pedi? These neutral pedicures will see you through the season.
As a beauty editor, there are only two colours you'll ever find on my toes. Neutral pink or bright red nail polish. But if I'm being honest, whilst I do love a bright nail colour on my toes come summer, I favour neutral pedicures the most. You see, not only do neutral nail polish colours remain timeless through pedicure trends, but they look expensive, and they always go with any shoes or outfit you're wearing too.
And it goes without saying that neutral pedicures are also much less prone to visible growout or chipping, which makes them a practical choice if you want your pedicure to stay looking pristine whilst on a long holiday or through multiple wedding guest invites. In short, a neutral hue makes for the perfect summer pedicure colour and will see you through an array of events.
If you're in need of some inspo to take to the salon, then you've landed in the right place. Ahead, I've rounded up the chicest neutral pedicure ideas that will ensure you have the chicest of feet this summer and beyond.
1. Sheer Pink
The ultimate neutral pedicure colour has to go to sheer pink. It makes your toes look glossy and healthy, and any growout is barely noticeable, making it a low-maintenance pedicure colour choice for summer.

2. Classic French
Much like how people consider leopard print a neutral, I consider a French pedicure a neutral pedicure choice. It's chic, timeless and will go with whatever shoes or outfit you're wearing too.

3. Milky White
A milky white pedicure is possibly the chicest neutral pedi shade you could go for. Bright white can often look too harsh, so softer milky or ecru tones are often more flattering, and it's a great neutral pedicure shade for summer (or any season, for that matter).

4. Peachy Pedi
If you're bored of pink or beige, but want something that still leans neutral, consider peach. It brings a little more brightness to your toes, but remains elegant enough for the neutral pedicure purists.

5. Beige Gloss
I can't talk about neutral pedicures without including beige. OPI's Nail Envy Nail Strengthener in Double Nude-Y is one of the best neutrals around to wear on your toes, and it also helps to strengthen your nails at the same time.

6. Sheer Chrome
A chrome pedi is so versatile, as you can wear it with any colour, but it pairs beautifully with a sheer nail polish colour for a more neutral twist. Just look at how stunning this glazed finish is.

7. Sheer Shimmer
When you think of shimmer nail polishes, the bright and garish kind might come to mind. But in a neutral colourway, they can look incredibly chic.

8. Milky French Pedicure
The milky French pedicure is a chic twist of the traditional classic, and I love how it brightens the nails, making them look polished and healthy-looking.

9. Mother-of-Pearl
If you want something neutral-leaning but a little different, why not try mother-of-pearl finishes? They give a pretty pearly glow to your nails that resembles the inside of a seashell.

10. Neutral Shimmer
Neutral polishes with translucent finishes and flecks of gold or silver shimmer are a fun way to elevate any neutral pedicure as a top coat.

11. Milky Lilac
If you want something colourful that still leans neutral, then a milky lilac hue would be a stunning choice. It offers just a hint of colour whilst remaining neutral-looking.
