As evidenced by Alexa Chung's wildly successful collaboration with AG Jeans in 2015, it's clear that her style-savvy touch is highly effective when it comes to creating and curating clothes that women want to wear. As luck would have it, Chung, the ultimate Brit cool girl, is set to collaborate with another brand—UK-based retailer Marks & Spencer. But it isn't designing she's doing this time around. Chung's collection, entitled Archive by Alexa, will be a 31-piece line based on items from the retailer’s archives, according to The Guardian. Given that the brand was founded in 1884, she certainly had a lot to work with. The vintage silhouettes will be updated with modern colors and fabrics.
Chung's is the first of a series of new partnerships with the brand, whose stock includes a large selection of classic, tailored pieces. The site offers express international shipping, so you, too, will get a chance to purchase pieces from Chung's curated collection when it launches in April. We're already clamoring for the "pink pie" blouse that Chung wears in her Instagram post announcing the partnership this morning.

Arghhhhhh!! SO excited to finally be able to announce that I have curated a collection for @marksandspencer made up of pieces from their incredible archive! It's been a hugely exciting project to work on these last few months and I'd like to thank everyone who helped bring this pink pie crust blouse back into existence so that I could pose sternly for this Polaroid shot by @tomcraig ❤️????????❤️????????❤️????????❤️????????❤️????????❤️????????❤️ #archivebyalexa @nextmodels
