More often than not these days, dressing for a red carpet event is all about the spectacle, even more so than the quality of the outfit. For the event, which Dua Lipa and H.E.R. also attended, the Only Murders in the Building star chose a midi-length little black dress made of extremely seasonally appropriate velvet and formalised with a sculptural, ruffled hem. Designed by one of Instagram’s most beloved brands, Totême, the frock was gorgeous in its simplicity and only made better with the addition of patent leather By Far heels and gold-and-black jewellery.
