Tonnes of New Products Landed on My Desk This Month, But These 10 Were the Best

Hairstylist Chris Appleton—who does Kim Kardashian and JLo's hair—introduced this dry shampoo to me personally when I visited him for a styling session this month, and I was floored by how well this works (see the video evidence on our IG). A lot of dry shampoos look and feel chalky in the hair, but honestly? This is the next best thing to washing your hair. It removes oil while feeling totally traceless at the roots, while leaving a great shine through the rest of your lengths too. The scent is exactly like the fragrance of an expensive shampoo at a fancy hair salon, so your hair is left smelling fresh. Trust me, no one will know that you skipped your hair wash again.

When I heard that Merit was launching a cleanser, I just knew it was going to be good. The no-fuss Merit Great Skin Double Cleanse effortlessly removes makeup and sunscreen, leaving your skin feeling cleansed but never stripped. The bi-phase formula satisfyingly mixes as a frothy foam that gently cleanses and exfoliates with oat surfactants and PHAs. If I'm wearing light makeup, like a tinted sunscreen or a skin tint, I feel this is enough to take off my makeup while leaving my skin feeling clean, so it cuts out the need for a second cleanse. in the evening, and it also feels gentle enough to use daily as a morning cleanser too. As for the packaging, it instantly elevates any bathroom shelf or cabinet.

I'm exceptionally picky when it comes to eyeshadow palettes. Despite being a beauty editor, I have only kept about two eyeshadow palettes out of the hundreds that have passed my desk over the years. The main reason is that there's inevitably some rogue shades you never end up wearing, and as for myself, I favour matte brown shades. And even then, sometimes the tones can feel off. Which is why when I heard Hourglass was launching its Curator Eyeshadow Palettes, I knew it would be everything I was looking for and more.

There are six eyeshadow quads to choose from, each housed in a beautiful gold compact (with a mirror, too) that is dainty enough to slip into your bag. Most importantly, the shades are spot-on. Depending on which you choose, you'll have a mix of matte and subtle shimmer colours, all in neutral shades that you actually want to wear on your eyes. My favourite is Minimalist, a quartet of beige and brown tones all exclusively in a matte finish. They're pigmented, easy to blend and allow you to create subtle daytime looks, right up to smoky eyes for the evening.

This month, my skin decided to bless me with a ginormous, under-the-skin cystic spot right next to my nose (the kind that no spot sticker could scratch the surface). Right on cue, The Ordinary launched this sulfur-based spot treatment and saw it off. Usually, if I get a cystic spot, it takes a good two weeks to go away entirely, but after using this every day, it halved its unwelcome residency on my face. It has a powder-to-cream texture, which I'll admit, feels a little fiddly to use at first, but once applied to the skin, it creates a long-lasting barrier as it gets to work. Each time I applied it, my spot looked less angry and red, and it eventually flattened out over a couple of days. No matter your skin type, this is a great skincare first aid product to keep on your nightstand for when spots strike.

As an oily gal, I'm forever on the lookout for solutions to combat the dreaded sheen that inevitably coats my makeup by midday. Powder works initially, but ends up looking a mess, while blotting papers remove my makeup, and I'm yet to meet a makeup setting spray that's up to the job. So when this roller landed on my desk, I was sceptical if it would actually work, but I was quickly proven wrong. The roller head contains a sphere of volcanic lava rock, which, when rolled over the skin, absorbs excess oil without disturbing your makeup underneath. I genuinely don't know how I've lived without it, and it now lives permanently in my work bag. The rock can be removed and washed, making it a sustainable option too.

I have very stubborn brow hairs, so it's rare I find a brow gel that I like that actually works. However, this new launch from Kulfi, a makeup brand that is rooted in South Asian culture, has one me over this month. It offers a soft, flexible hold, whether you want to gently groom brows into place, or, you can achieve a full laminated look with the brush and comb. Unlike other brow lamination-effect brow gels I've tried, this doesn't turn gloopy or crusty. Instead, it feels silky to the touch and you can coax your brows back into place throughout the day without it turning claggy. One coat gives a gentle hold, while layering up the product and using the brush applicator creates a laminated look that holds all day. I'm obsessed.

As cream blushers go, Summer Fridays' Blush Butter Balms are among the chicest that have launched this year. With the same texture as the coveted Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balms, I'm obsessed with the buttery cream texture that melts onto the skin, leaving a subtle gleam that makes your skin look healthy and glowy. I've been using the dual-ended Blush Brush (£29) to apply it, which gives a soft haze of colour to the cheeks, but they're equally as easy to use with just your fingertips on the cheeks and lips. My shade pick is Toasted Terracotta (pictured above), which gives your skin a flush that looks like you've just spent the day under the sun. It's a great blusher shade to take you from late summer and into autumn.

Miu Miu's new fragrance, Miutine, has been a highly anticipated new perfume launch amongst our beauty team this year. We've had to keep schtum about it for months, but now we're finally able to sing its praises. Trust me, it doesn't disappoint, and I really won't be surprised if it becomes the next big perfume that fashion insiders are wearing. The scent itself feels inherently Miu Miu; it's cool, sophisticated and a little unexpected and cheeky. It's sweet, with notes of brown sugar and wild strawberry that are tempered against a breezy chypre base of oakmoss that feels enveloping and cosy as it dries down on the skin. Your next signature autumn perfume awaits.

Anyone who knows me well knows that I'm A) a lip balm connoisseur and B) a superfan of Violette_FR products. So when I heard the French beauty brand was launching a lip balm, I almost combusted. And it's probably one of the best lip balms I've ever tried. Firstly, the texture is delightfully cushiony and sumptuous on the lips. It lasts, so you're not having to constantly reapply, but when it does wear away, your lips are left pillow soft and plumped, thanks to the trio of phyto-collagen, natural peptides and butters that nourish and hydrate. Any lip balm fan will really appreciate the applicator, which is ceramic and feels cooling and so sensorial on the lips. It's going to be my ride-or-die lip balm as we head into the colder months.

Tresemme's Lamellar Shine Ultra-Gloss Spray was a firm favourite from our beauty director, Shannon Lawlor. "My hair is a bit of a trademark thing for me. Not in an enviable sort of way, mind you. You see, my hair is fine, fragile, thin and doesn't have much of a natural texture. The reason it is signature is because I have more or less worn in the same style since I was 17—it's very long, very unstyled and very bleached (now peppered with more grey than it is its natural brunette, if I were being honest with myself)," she says.

"As a result of this storm in a teacup, my hair is in a perpetual state of damage. It is dry, broken and has long lacked shine. This gloss spray, however, has changed all of that. When spritzed onto just-washed lengths, it delivers heat protection (which is key for those with fragile strands, like me), but more than anything, it delivers next-level shine," she says. "The best part? Unlike so many sprays of its kind, it doesn't weigh my fine hair down in the slightest. I've spent my entire beauty career in search of the perfect curling wand for effortless, loose waves. And I've finally found it. A couple of months ago, I had a secret preview of the GHD Chronos Curve Max Wand (GHD's largest curling barrel, now with the brand's latest Chronos tech) and I've been itching to talk about it. The 38mm barrel means you get those tousled, undone waves that have a gentle ripple through the lengths. It's particularly great if you have long or thick hair and want to emulate the off-duty look you get from a second-day blow-dry. Honestly, I can't live without it.

Perhaps the best piece of news that landed in my inbox this month is that Diptyque's Ilio is now a permanent fragrance in the brand's main collection. Fragrance lovers will know that it was offered as a limited edition fragrance every summer and I'm thrilled it's now a year-round mainstay—everyone I've recommended it too has instantly fallen in love with it. It's easily one of Diptyque's best perfumes and in my top three favourite perfumes from the brand. Inspired by the sun-drenched coasts of the Mediterranean sea, Ilio (meaning "sun") smells like a luxurious escape to a remote Greek island. It's fruity, floral and a little musky, emulating the feeling of sun-kissed skin as you rouse from a summer nap, half-sleepy, half-content, after a lazy day spent by beach coves. If you like Philosykos, you'll love Ilio too. It's the perfect summer perfume or holiday scent that you'll want to wear again and again.

Ouai knows how to create a great-smelling hair or body product and the new Super Dry Shampoo is no exception. There are two scents to choose from: Cape Town (think fresh figgy, post-rain freshness) and Melrose Place (velvety, woody rose). When I first tried the latter, I forgot I was wearing it entirely and kept catching wafts of an amazing scent hours later. I was trying to work out what smelled so good and it turned out *tucks hair behind ear* it was my hair. It doesn't just smell amazing, but it works, too. It soaks up excess oil and odour without leaving your hair looking or feeling chalky, instantly refreshing roots and allowing you to stretch out your hair wash day just that little bit longer. It also comes in a handy travel size to throw in your bag.

I've long loved Jo Malone London's Cologne Intense collection (Myrrh & Tonka, you will forever have my heart) and new to the range this past month is Amber Labdanum. It's warm, glowing, a little smoky and reminds me of sitting next to a fire pit at golden hour as the sun slowly descends below the horizon, the sky a smouldering amber as you sip a cocktail. It's absolutely divine and impressively long-lasting. It's a great scent to take you through summer evenings and into autumn and winter to feel like you've wrapped yourself in cashmere. It's one of the best new perfumes I've tried this past month.

After reading beauty director Shannon Lawlor's review of Victoria Beckham Beauty's Colour Wash blush stains, I was immediately sold. These tinted water stains bestow a watercolour-esque flush to the skin and is perhaps the chicest cheek tint to launch this year. Because of how lightweight they are, they deliver a sheer wash of colour that looks like a natural flush on your cheeks (they're also gorgeous worn on the lips, BTW) while staying put—this is a blusher that will last. There are three shades to choose from: Flushed (Victoria's personal favourite, which is a bright red), Coral (a warm-toned coral) and Vintage Rose (a just-bitten purple).

I'm yet to meet a Naturium body product that I haven't fallen in love with (it has a cult following, after all) and this new body serum is a new favourite of mine. I'll hold my hands up: I'm really not a body lotion person. They're too heavy and sticky for me (especially in the summer) so I crave something that sinks in quickly without compromising on hydration. And this is exactly what I've been after. With its lightweight, milky gel-serum texture, this intensely hydrates while absorbing quickly, so you can get dressed straight after. It contains a hydrating mix of urea and amino acods that leave the skin feeling nourished and hydrated—never sticky.

You've no doubt seen Hailey Bieber's sun-drenched, Euro summer-inspired content all over your feed this past month for the new Peptide Lip Treatment: Lemontini. This is the next lip gloss in Rhode's limited edition launches—and it screams summer. Inspired by a lemon drop cocktail, it has a zesty scent and is flecked with golden shimmer, which is so pretty worn alone or paired with a lip liner. What's more, it's the first of the Peptide Lip Treatments to have a formula upgrade (some found the previous formula turned gritty after time), with the core range to receive the new and improved glow-up too.

This month, I've been testing a lot of skincare products and my skin has needed a breather, which is why I'm so glad that this landed on my desk this month. Now available in the UK, Aestura is Korea's number one dermatologist-recommended skincare brand and is regarded as the country's version of CeraVe or La Roche-Posay. I'd liken this skin healing balm to Cicaplast Baume B5+, but it has a lightweight, gel-cream texture that sinks in quickly, delivering instant comfort to irritated skin that's been compromised by too many products or the environment. Expect calmer and soothed skin overnight.

The world of supplements can get confusing (not to mention expensive,) which is why I wanted to spotlight Boot's new Modern Chemistry range this month, which includes a range of supplements and skincare. Everything is very reasonably priced and features a great edit of high-quality supplements that actually work. I've put both the magnesium supplements above and the Lion's Mane Capsule (£12) to the test over the past couple of months and I've noticed a vast improvement in my energy levels and focus. The capsules are on the larger size (something to keep in mind if you struggle taking larger capsules) but for the quality, low price and results, I'd highly recommend them.

Not all lip stains are created equal and I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on some of the lip liner stains out there. But, I have to say this is one of the best I've tried. With it's marker-like design you can effortlessly contour and sculpt your lips with the tip, or, use the flat side of the nib to fully fill in your lips. I've been using the shade Rosewood, a muted, mauvey-pink as a lip liner and can genuinely vouch that this lasts on the lips. Even after eating a drinking, it's still noticeable and won't budge. This is a great choice for those who don't want the upkeep of topping up their pencil lip liner throughout the day. With this, all you need is a lip gloss or lip oil and you're good to go.

I've never met an Acqua di Parma perfume that I didn't love—they never fail to transport me to the Italian coast, so you can bet that this limited-edition candle is no different. Designed in a summery, red-striped vessel, it's inspired by Sicily's salt marshes, with an invigorating marine breeze paired with zesty neroli and zingy bergamot. As you light it, it's like opening a window by the sea and letting the salty ocean air cleanse your room. It's the perfect candle to light for a summer soiree or to welcome a touch of the Italian coast into your home.

I've tried hundreds of hyaluronic acid serums, but I can safely say this is the best one I've tried. The difference it makes in my skin is nothing short of incredible. It's a newly updated formula, containing Nordic hyalu-birch technology alongside three weights of hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate. I first used this on my skin after a flight, and it was akin to watching a raisin being dropped into a glass of water. I could visibly see my dehydrated lines disappear, and my skin looked and felt dewy and plump. The lightweight texture makes it brilliant for all skin types as it sinks in immediately.

One of Boots' Glossy Balms sells every 30 seconds, and I can see why. This might be the most effective lip balm I've tried this year—and it's only £3! It was previously available in just Coconut, Cherry and Mint, but as of this month, there are new flavour additions of Peach, Vanilla and Raspberry. I've been reaching for Peach (which smells absolutely delicious, FYI) and have been so impressed with the thick, buttery texture. It's the kind of consistency that you really have to squeeze the tube to get it out. It cloaks lips in a glossy veil with a sheer tint that lasts for hours and leaves my lips feeling soft and hydrated. I consider myself a bit of a lip balm connoisseur (I have at least one on my person at all times) and have been so impressed with how long-lasting these are. Even hours later, I can still feel it on my lips—they've never felt better.

Summer can be a busy time, and it doesn't take much for your hair wash schedule to be thrown off, which is why a good dry shampoo can be a total lifesaver. JVN's The Essential Dry Shampoo has come to the rescue multiple times this month and genuinely makes greasy roots look and feel so clean. There's no chalky texture here. You can mist your roots, brush through, and it totally disappears, along with any hint of oil in your hair. Most dry shampoos you can really feel in your hair, but this one practically disappears, only leaving behind a refreshing scent that leaves your hair smelling freshly washed. It's the next best thing to shampooing your hair and it gives a great volume boost at the roots, too. I love that it also comes in a mini size, which I'll be packing for my travels.

I could barely contain myself when I heard this new moisturiser was coming out. Tatcha's iconic Dewy Cream is world-renowned and adored by celebrities, MUAs and beauty lovers alike. Unfortunately, on my oily skin and friends' with combination skin, it always felt a bit too heavy underneath makeup. But the new Dewy Milk Moisturiser takes all the dew-boosting benefits of the original in a lighter, milkier texture that feels silky and lightweight on the skin. It still leaves your complexion looking dewy and bouncy, but dries down to a satiny touch and contains ingredients to help control oil production too. It's a great option if you don't want anything too heavy, and it makes your makeup glide on like butter over the top.

Phlur's body mists are loved amongst the Who What Wear UK team, and the new Vanilla Nectar scent is equally delicious as its much-loved Vanilla Skin and Coconut Skin mists. Vanilla Nectar will become your new fragrance obsession if you're partial to gourmand perfumes with a sun-drenched twist. Think ripe fruit dripping with nectar in a golden hour glow, wrapped in a soft, creamy veil of vanilla. Juicy papaya, apricot and tangelo take centre stage, bringing a mouthwatering brightness that feels like summer in a bottle. A warm whisper of honeyed amber and cedar adds depth, giving this sweet scent a seductive, skin-hugging finish.

If there is one skincare brand that I wholeheartedly trust, it's SkinCeuticals. While no serum can ever truly 'lift' or 'firm', SkinCeuticals' latest innovation helps to counteract the process of glycation on the skin, which can affect collagen and lead to a loss of skin elasticity and firmness. This serum uses a 30% proxylane concentration alongside wild fruit flavonoids to help encourage collagen production to boost skin plumpness, firmness and elasticity. In clinical studies, testers saw visibly lifted jawlines, cheeks and foreheads, while forehead wrinkles and nasolabial folds appeared softer too.

Finding a good SPF that is also affordable can be a challenge, but Simple's newest SPF launch ticks many boxes. Firstly, it's incredibly lightweight on the skin and looks traceless (no white cast here), absorbing quickly into the skin and settling well underneath makeup. It has the benefit of UVA/UVB protection with SPF 50 alongside niacinamide to help counter dark spots that can appear during sun exposure. Plus, it doesn't contain any fragrance, making it great for sensitive skin types that are reactive to scented formulas. The affordable price tag really is just the cherry on top of this hard-working formula.

I'm willing to bet that this may be the chicest lip balm you could ever pull out from your handbag. Housed in the same gold and silver chrome bullets as Byredo's lipsticks, these lip balms drench lips in hydration and come in a wearable edit of tinted shades, alongside a classic clear balm. On the lips, they're luxuriously silky, and the tinted shades can be worn as a sheer veil of colour or layered up for a glossy punch of colour. My favourite is Fantôme Rapture, a sheer beige-pink that kisses lips with a sheer neutral tint. They're also refillable and the case also fits Byredo's lipsticks too, so you can switch up your favourite colours and textures.

I'm pretty lazy when it comes to caring for my hair. I rarely have the patience to sit and wait for a hair mask to sink in, but sometimes I require something a little more hard-working than a hair serum. That's why I love Oribe's new launch, a treatment that you can apply on dry hair to work as an overnight treatment—and no, you don't have to wash it out in the morning. It sinks into the hair, helping to restore smoothness and shine without weighing your hair down. Come morning, expect to wake up with noticeably softer, shinier and bouncier hair.

I've long been a fan of Dior's iconic Backstage Glow powder blushers. So when our Who What Wear UK beauty team found out Dior would be bringing out a cream blush stick version, we collectively screamed. And now they are here, they are every bit as dreamy as we imagined them. Housed in chic silver-capped sticks, the twist-up blushers come in seven wearable shades from deep berry to bright pink. Swiped onto cheeks, they deliver a dewy, glassy and juicy blush that is surprisingly long-lasting. Like Dior's Backstage blushers and lip oils, these also contain pH technology to impart a natural flush on your skin that enhances its longevity and makes the tone true to your complexion. I've been opting for Berry, a deep pink that gives the cheeks a radiant flush, but the beauty of these blush sticks is that they can be lightly applied for a soft glow, of dialled up for a bolder moment. It's the blush of the summer.

A good tinted SPF can be hard to come by, but Beauty of Joseon's is one of the best I've tried this month. We already know that Korean SPFs—and Korean skincare brands, in general—are top-tier, but these are ultra lightweight, sink in quickly and won't leave you looking greasy as the weather heats up. It dries to a semi-matte finish that stays locked in all day without making your skin look flat. You still get a hint of radiance without it slipping and sliding on the skin. Coming in 12 stretchable shades from deep to fair, they offer a sheer hint of coverage that is just enough to even the skin without feeling like you're wearing anything at all.

Bella Hadid's fragrance brand, Orebella, finally landed in the UK this past month, and each of the four scents is equally beautiful. But if I had to choose a favourite, it would be Blooming Fire. It's like a sun-drenched beach, bottled. Creamy Tahitian monoi flowers and jasmine unfurl and remind me of the scent of your skin after a day spent under the sun. It's creamy, skin-like and radiant—the ultimate summer scent. Each of the fragrances is alcohol-free (great if your skin is easily irritated by this ingredient in perfumes) and comes in a bi-phase, essential oil formula that you shake to mix together before spritzing.

If there's one skincare brand I wholeheartedly trust, it's Medik8. And when it launches a new product, I know it's going to be good. The brand's much-loved vitamin C-Tetra serums now have a new version joining the ranks in the form of C-Tetra Advanced. It contains a 20% concentration of vitamin C (the brand's highest yet) in an elegant gel-serum formula that is so perfect for this time of the year—it sinks in quickly and won't disturb your makeup. This particular formula also comes with the benefits of plant exosomes, which help to enhance the shielding effects of vitamin C against environmental aggressors like pollution. Since trying it, my skin has unlocked new levels of glowiness, and I've noticed my sun-induced pigmentation is fading more quickly.

With the weather warming up and summer escapes looming, I've been making an effort to look after the skin on my body as much as a I do on my face. So, when Uni landed in the UK this month with its skincare-level bodycare and chic packaging, I took it as a sign. And I'm glad I did. This lightweight body serum has left my skin glowing with hydration, with luxe ocean-inspired botanicals to help boost the skin. The 'Ischia Sunset' scent is also dreamy, with cedar leaf, juniper and sandalwood that leaves a gentle and subtle scent. The serum texture sinks in quickly, so it's great for summer and busy mornings when you don't want to wait for a lotion to absorb. Everything is also refillable and recyclable, too.

Chanel's iconic Les Beiges Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream now has a further two shades in its offering, including Intense Deep Bronze (the darkest shade yet) and Light Bronze (the now fairest in the line-up). If you're fair and found the original too warm, this one is a great choice if you prefer a cooler undertone. Similarly, the extension of the intense deep shade is best suited for deep complexions to add a sun-kissed glow. What I love so much about these bronzers (aside from the fact that they are the chicest cream bronzers ever made) is that they also last forever. You only need the tiniest amount swept over the cheeks, nose and forehead for a tan that makes you look like you've spent two weeks on the French Riviera.

I've started habit-stacking in my beauty routine, so as I'm waiting for my hair mask to marinate through my lengths, I'm also applying this scalp oil, which has become a favourite part of my pre-wash routine while soothing my scalp. It contains a nourishing blend of vitamin E, omega-3 and omega-6 and multiple nourishing plant oils which work in tandem to calm irritation and reduce flakes, too. I've noticed less irritation since using it once a week and find my sensitive scalp feels more balanced with time.

I've never met an Aerin perfume that I didn't love, but the limited-edition Mediterranean Honeysuckle Figue is the epitome of summer. If you like fig fragrances, then you'll love this. It's based on the brand's classic Mediterranean Honeysuckle scent, with sparkling grapefruit and creamy gardenia, but this limited edition version brings fig into the mix, which gives it a fruity twist. A spritz transports you to a Greek island, dozing under the sun-dappled light of fig trees gently swaying in a sea breeze.

You'll likely know AKT from its brilliant deodorant balms, but I need to put the brand's other body care products, including The Foaming Body Scrub, onto your radar. I've used this exfoliating body scrub down to the very last grain and know I'll be buying a top-up. The fine grains of rice powder and sugar are infused with oils and papaya enzymes that gently foam as you buff them into your limbs—it left my legs gleaming and silky soft. Then you have the scents. Both the Orange Grove and After Thunder fragrances of this body scrub are totally heavenly and essentially turn your shower into a spa-like experience.

Our entire team is obsessed with Bioeffect's EGF serum (you only have to read our Slack commentary to know that this stuff really works), and now the iconic serum has been reformulated to deliver even more of a glow. The hero growth factors remain (which basically encourage the skin to rejuvenate and repair—think insane levels of glow) while this new formula contains a higher concentration of vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid in a gel-serum texture that perfectly primes to skin for makeup. I haven't used this serum in a while, and now I'm reminded of just how good it is. My skin looks plumper and more hydrated in a way that I can't quite put my finger on.

Acqua di Parma is one of my favourite fragrance brands. I'm obsessed with exploring Italy and love how each of the scents captures the culture, almost like a fragrance postcard. Buongiorno ("good morning" in Italian) has quickly become a new favourite now that warmer weather is here. Imagine stepping out from an Italian villa nestled in the Tuscan hills, with the aromatic scent of the herb gardens filling the air as you watch the sunrise. It's zesty, fresh and instantly makes you feel zen, like you've just had a luxurious treatment at an Italian spa, with a gentle breeze carrying the scent of nearby lemon groves.

Now spring has sprung, I'm all for one-and-done bases that tick off both my skincare and makeup in one fell swoop. Thankfully, Victoria Beckham Beauty's newly re-formulated Cell Rejuvenating Illuminators have arrived just in time for the warm weather. These skincare-makeup hybrids bridge the gap between a moisturiser and a glowing primer and come in three illuminating shades, including Pearlescent (a sheer pearl), Golden (a tinted bronze) and Rose (a veil of shimmering pink). Not only do they bestow a glowing, filtered finish to the skin, but they're also infused with Augustinus Bader's  TFC8 skincare technology to help hydrate and regenerate the skin.

Sound the fragrance klaxon: Cos's highly anticipated fragrances and candles have finally landed. They are every bit as chic as you'd expect, with a curated edit of four scents to discover, including Auburn, Solaire, Fleuriste and Mythe. Plus, there are four candles, each housed in chic brown-glassed vessels. They really do speak to Cos's minimalist aesthetic. My favourite of the fragrances is Auburn, pictured above, which is a deliciously warm woody vanilla, with an addictively smooth coffee and sandalwood base. It's become my go-to evening scent right now.

I'm already a big fan of the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer, so I was doubtful that the new Supersonic R hair dryer could top it. But I stand corrected. This is one of the best hair dryers I've ever tried. It was originally designed for salon use only, but it's now available for everyone to use, and I'm so glad about it. Firstly, this is Dyson's lightest hairdryer yet (it genuinely weighs less than a can of Diet Coke), so the dreaded arm ache is a thing of the past. It dries hair amazingly fast and comes with an array of smart (and actually useful) attachments for different hair textures, depending on whether you go for the Straight + Wavy or the Curly + Coily model. It dried my hair is record time and left my frizz-prone hair looking silky and smooth.

I'm not usually one for a fruity fragrance (you'll find me wearing musk or woody scents most of the time), however, Prada's latest fragrance, Infusion de Rhubarbe, has totally taken me by surprise. Maybe it's because rhubarb is technically a vegetable, but this fruity rhubarb-inspired scent has a mouthwatering sweetness. Contrasted with a fresh green snap, it's both creamy, sweet and deliciously sparkling and refreshing all at the same time. It's the perfect spring fragrance to take you into summer, while the luxe bottle will look timelessly chic on your dressing table year-round.

When I clocked our junior beauty editor, Grace Lindsay's hair one day, I 1) gasped, and 2) immediately asked her how she created her effortless beachy waves. The answer? GHD's new hair waver. "This is, hands down, one of the best hair wavers I have ever used," says Grace. "The larger size means I can do my hair in less than 10 minutes and the tool gives me those effortless-looking, beachy waves that I have been so desperate to achieve this summer. If a relaxed, laid-back finish is what you're after, you need to give this a go." If you want to get piecey waves that you often see on Kate Moss and Sienna Miller, then this is one hair tool you'll reach for on repeat.

Speaking of the aforementioned warm weather, this new Jones Road Beauty Just Enough Tinted Moisturiser has been all I've been wearing on my skin right now. It's held up well on my oily skin and on humid commutes and doesn't feel at all heavy. Perfect if, like me, you hate the feeling of foundation as the temperatures rise but still want a hint of coverage. As the name suggests, it's the perfect amount. It's enough to disguise redness and even out the skin, while still letting your natural skin and freckles peek through. Unlike other tinted moisturisers, this one doesn't feel greasy and dries into a semi-matte finish that stays put all day long, but is infused with hyaluronic acid to help keep your skin looking plumped and hydrated too. Well done, Jones Road.

Key notes: It's a secret!

Warm, sexy, spicy. Those are the three words I'd use to describe Maison Crivelli's latest fragrance launch. You'll notice that the fragrance notes are not listed anywhere. In fact, it's a total secret. It's a deliberate decision from Thibaud Crivelli to encourage us to connect with fragrance on a more personal level, and I'm here for it. It's a warming, spicy woody scent that is inspired by the perfumer's experience of walking through a saffron field shrouded in fog. When you wear it, you can really sense this enveloping effect. It's seriously long-lasting, too. Even seven hours later, I still notice how this fragrance envelops my skin, and it's gotten me endless compliments this month.

Jo Malone London's new body care line is every bit as luxurious as you would expect. Inspired by ancient Roman bathing traditions that have become a lost art in Britain, you expect therapeutic, spa-like scents infused into the rich, decadent formulas Jo Malone London is so renowned for. Think rich, buttery body scrubs that buff the skin silky smooth and botanical body cleansers that leave you feeling invigorated like you've just stepped out of a spa plunge pool (without actually having to endure it!) My favourite from the line-up has to be the Restore Body Oil, which is used in the Jo Malone London Restorative Ritual massage treatment at Aire Ancient Baths. It leaves your skin glowing and hydrated, while the scent of neroli leaves your spirits lifted, too.

One product that I've (very sadly) used down to the very last drop this month is Aesop's Eleos Aromatique Body Cleanser. This scent is an experience for the senses. The combination of cedar, patchouli and clove makes me feel like I'm in a luxe sauna in the middle of the woods. And we have to talk about the texture. The creamy cleanser foams into a gentle lather as shea butter, jojoba seed and vitamin E leave your skin feeling cocooned in moisture. If you want to level up your shower, this dreamy body cleanser will make your shower an elevated experience.

I have been totally head-over-heels besotted with the original Valaya fragrance since it launched. So hearing that Parfums de Marly was coming out with a new Exclusif of the devastatingly beautiful original was the best news I've had in my inbox this month (maybe even this year). The original Valaya is the prettiest, airy and clean-smelling floral fragrance I've ever smelled (which, no exaggeration, gets me compliments every single time I wear it) with notes of creamy white florals, a touch of white peach and smooth musk. It's like being bundled in the fluffiest white dressing gown and sinking into a cloud of white petals in a luxurious hotel suite as a sunny springtime breeze wafts in through an open window. The new exclusif version takes everything I love about the original, and takes on a more woody and gourmand twist that is almost good enough to eat. The addition of nutty, creamy almond and hypnotic sandalwood and akigalawood make it dangerously delicious. Both scents have tremendous staying power (even eight hours after first applying, I still get comments on my scent) but if you want something more intense while retaining the covetable DNA of the original Valaya, you have to try it.

I've recently been contemplating undereye filler, but this product has offiically made me postpone my consultation. Anyone who knows me knows that the Kosas Revealer Concealer is my ride-or-die (Hailey Bieber is a fan, too), and the brand has now launched five colour-correcting shades, designed to brighten dark under-eye circles. It works so well that I actually find I can get away with forgoing concealer altogether underneath my eyes now. Just a couple of dots underneath my eyes is enough to brighten and blur in one go. I use the shade Illusion, a peachy pink, which counteracts the blue tones in the hollows of my eyes and makes me look and feel so much fresher. However, on days I want more coverage, it pairs really well with concealer on top, and I usually find I don't need to use as much to make me look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

Having recently turned 30, I'm now paying more attention to my under eyes and dark circles, which are now particularly stubborn, no matter how well I sleep. Alongside my trusty Kosas colour corrector above, I've been using this powerhouse serum from UKLash (yes, they do skincare now!) that has every ingredient I want in an eye serum. Brightening vitamin C and liquorice extract work in tandem with hydrating hyaluronic acid, green tea and soothing cica, which have left my under eyes looking better each day. I really love the serum formula, which sinks straight in (no waiting around for a cream to sink in here) and leaves my skin with an instantly hydrated radiance. The cooling serum texture is also helpful in cooling and de-puffing, making it great for the mornings in particular. Crucially, it's also fragrance-free which I personally favour as my eyes are very sensitive. Not bad at all for £20—this rivals more expensive eye creams that I've tried.

I reviewed the new Narciso Rodriguez For Her Eau De Parfum Intense this month and it's easily become one of my favourite new perfumes of the year. But I'm tipping it to be the next French fragrance icon, following the Musc Noir version that went TikTok-viral last year. On the initial spritz, it's like the first bite into a ripe, juicy peach before it envelops you in silky-white petals and skin-like musk (the signature of the original Narciso Rodriguez For Her). In the base that develops hours later, creamy vanilla entwines with earthy, green vetiver that makes it feel so sophisticated and addictive. It's very French-girl coded and guaranteed to make you feel alluring and chic.

Clearly, this past month has been a great one for cleanser launches, as Beauty Pie's Happy Face No-Stress Jelly Cleanser has also become a permanent staple on my bathroom shelf. It has a jelly-gel texture that feels cushiony on the skin. I'd say it won't remove heavier makeup, but it's ideal to take off light makeup or as a morning cleanse. It feels hydrating, thanks to hydrating olive lipids and pentavin, which leaves long-lasting hydration on the skin long after you've rinsed it away. I have quite sensitive skin at the moment, and I love how gentle it is in both formula and texture, which doesn't aggravate my rosacea. And at just £12, it's amazing value for a 400ml bottle, which is sure to last you for several months.

Hair perfumes are having a huge moment with Zara launching hair perfumes, all the way through to niche luxury fragrance houses getting in on the action. Not only are hair perfumes a way to elevate your fragrance (hair tends to hold onto scent for longer than our skin), but they're also a more affordable way to access some of your most-loved luxury perfumes too. Matiere Premiere's hair perfumes not only look impossibly chic on your dressing table, but mist your hair in a delicate veil of fragrance that releases scent with every swish of your lengths—for days on end. Vanilla Powder is one of the fragrance house's best-selling scents with a cloud of powdery vanilla and coconut with a woody palo santo base. Another of my favourites is Parisian Musc (£60), a powdery musk that will leave your hair smelling expensive.

Hailey Bieber has had the whole of beauty TikTok on tenterhooks in the lead up to this much-anticipated launch, and it's finally here. I got to speak to Hailey first-hand ahead of the Peptide Lip Shape, dropping on 30th Jan, and I got the full lowdown on how to use them straight from her, as well as being one of the first to try them out myself. These lip shapers—that's right, not lip liners—feature a domed tip that bestows a creamy and blurred contoured effect to your lips. On the other end is a flexible shaper to blend and smudge your liner to achieve next-level lip contouring that looks amazing worn alone, or paired with your favourite balm or gloss. Hailey personally told me that she loves using the shade Twist (featured above) paired with the Rhode Pokcet Blush in Piggy, and I'm equally obsessed with this shade—it creates the perfect contour that easily makes my lips look twice as plumped. Coming in 11 contouring shades from muted pinks to deep brown tones, there's a shade for every skin tone and lip look you could want to achieve.

When Medik8 launches a new product, the beauty industry listens. Beauty editors love Medik8's results-driven products (the iconic Crystal Retinal is a WWW Next in Beauty Award winner) and the new Liquid Peptides Advanced MP is just as promising. It's clinically proven to reduce the look of expression lines in just 10 minutes and smoothes deep-set wrinkles in 8 weeks. The sorcery behind it lies in the 13 types of peptides (known for plumping and smoothing the skin) as well as the addition of growth factors, which help to accelerate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid levels in the skin. Medik8 recommends it to work in tandem with injectable treatments, but it works equally well on its own to target those deep-set expression lines over time.

Renowned makeup artist Lisa Eldridge pioneered her pinpoint concealing technique, which bids away with packing concealer on all over the skin in a mask-like fashion in favour of lightly targeting blemishes with a fine-tipped brush and high-coverage concealer. The entire Who What Wear UK team is obsessed with Dior's Dior Addict Lip Glows (glance in any of our bags, and you're bound to find one) so luckily for us, Dior has introduced a new formula and pink case, as well as a new selection of shades with warm undertones, giving us even more hues to choose from. Dior, you spoil us. "The product itself reacts to the pH level of your lips to create a custom shade that enhances your natural lip colour," junior beauty editor, Grace Lindsay tells me. "My personal favourite is 077 Candy, a pretty, everyday pink that adds a gorgeous sheen to the lips. It has a very subtle pop of colour and is perfect for brightening up your makeup look this spring."

Trust me, Diptyque lovers, you're going to want to get your hands on this limited-edition candle. It draws inspiration from the French traditional king cake (enjoyed during January every year) which is filled with almond cream and sweet frangipane. And it smells just as delicious as it sounds. It combines smooth, nutty almond with powdery iris, smooth and creamy sandalwood and mouthwateringly sweet tonka bean. Best lit and enjoyed with a sweet treat on the side.

Beauty director, Shannon Lawlor has been burning it all month long. "Whenever I'm sat on the tube home and feel the day's stresses weighing heavy in my chest, I remind myself that I get to light this sweet, comforting candle the minute I walk through the front door and, suddenly, I feel much lighter. I don't typically lean towards sugared scents, but given that this is Diptyque, it possesses ribbons of freshness that delivers a luxurious touch. It just smells like home," she says.

Following the launch of Celine's first Le Rouge Celine Satin Lipstick in the shade Rouge Triomphe in September, there are now a further 14 new shades to try, ranging from endlessly wearable nudes to statement berry and red. I've long loved E.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter, so when I found out that a powder in the same range was in the works, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Unlike other matte powders, this one has a subtle radiance that captures and reflects the light, leaving you with a radiant finish. There's zero glitter or sparkle here, just soft-focused, light-reflecting particles that make your skin look like its bathed in the most flattering light. If, like me, you don't get on with a lot of powders for fear of looking cakey and flat, this is a brilliant choice for controlling shine without compromising on glow. Plus, it comes with a handy powder puff and mirror on the underside of the compact, making it great for touch-ups on the go.

When I wore this mascara for the first time, my friends thought I'd just had a fresh set of lash extensions. I was happy to tell them that it was actually a £14 mascara. L'Oréal Paris has created some incredible ones, but nothing compares to the new Lash Paradise Big Deal Mascara, in my opinion. It weightlessly lengthens, separates and volumises lashes while providing long-lasting lift and curl on my stubbornly straight eyelashes. I'm tipping this to be the next big viral mascara.

Speaking of compliments, Hourglass's Illusion Luminous Glow Foundation is another product that has gotten me many both IRL and on Zoom calls. Our deputy editor, Maxine Eggenberger said that my skin was so glowy that I looked like I'd just come back from holiday—a big compliment given how lacklustre my skin was at the beginning of January. If you like the Hourglass Veil Hydrating Skin Tint but want something with a little more coverage, I recommend giving this a try. It has a thicker, more cushiony consistency that makes my skin look equal parts glowy and bouncy. It has dewy finish and can be worn sheer or built into more medium coverage when needed.
