Not sure which of-the-moment denim trends are for you? Well, why not kill three birds with one stone and opt for Frame's brand-new style, Le Mix? The limited-edition jeans boast a trio of the coolest trends in denim right now: patchwork, an uneven hem, and a low-slung silhouette.
To get the scoop on Le Mix, we went straight to Frame's co-founders, Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson, who explained the unique process of using leftover fabric to create the jeans. "Our L.A.-based design team experimented with the cuts and fabrics of un-utilized Frame denim from the last three years," they told Who What Wear. "They eventually came up with an evolved jean silhouette and up-cycled all of the fabrics into 400 pairs of the Le Mix. Each is subtly unique."
As for how to wear the jeans, Grede and Torstensson have some pointers: "Le Mix makes a statement on its own, so there is no need to over style," they told us. "We envision Le Mix paired with a classic white T-shirt for day or topped with one of Frame's velvet blazers and heels for evening." Noted.
