It's Official: These Are the 12 Best-Selling COS Items This Year

If you weren’t a regular shopper at COS before this year, I’d be very surprised if you hadn’t been won over by now. Of course, the high street hero has been producing reliable, good quality staples for years now, all with an elevated, minimalist approach. But in the last year especially, we’ve noticed the label stepping things up, and creating seriously expensive-looking pieces that would be hard to set apart from The Row. We’re talking utterly desirable items that also make up the basic building blocks in a capsule wardrobe—a hard feat to come by. The perfectly oversized trench coat, for example, a leather crossbody fashion people can’t get enough of, or slouchy tailored trousers that make tank tops look like a million dollars.

Anouk proves how timeless a full COS outfit can look.

It’s one thing we’ve really come to appreciate about COS— that unlike others on the high street, they tend to overlook trends and focus on these wardrobe staples that last far beyond just one season. Balancing design, quality and affordability is difficult for any brand, but honestly, COS has it nailed. And it’s reflected in the fact that we can barely open Instagram without coming across COS pieces on the most stylish people we follow.
