Kate Middleton is no stranger to re-wearing items. While she has access to every designer under the sun, she chooses to bring back her favourite pieces from her closet time and time again, including the chic Zara piece she wears again and again. This time around, she resurrected a memorable Jenny Packham gown from 2012, and it looks just as stunning six years later.

Walking the red carpet for the Tusk Conservation Awards in London, the Duchess of Cambridge wore the beautiful dress with a matching clutch and diamond earrings. But if you haven't seen the gown from the back, you're missing out: The sheer lace details are simply stunning. Who else wishes that Middleton made more red carpet appearances? Scroll down to see how Kate re-wore the dress six years later and shop the sheer back trend for yourself.

Love Kate Middleton's sophisticated style? Then you need a pair of these shoes in your wardrobe. Why? Because she wears them every single day…

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
