Kate Middleton Has Worn This Chic Zara Piece for 8 Months

As every Kate Middleton fan knows, this is one royal who is no snob about resurrecting some favourite pieces from her closet to wear again and again, including her £50 Superga sneakers and—lest we forget— the nude L.K.Bennett pumps. Today, she brought back two items she's worn since last fall: a crisp white Zara blazer and J.Crew Avery Heels in Tweed (£278), both of which are sadly sold out.

Attending an event at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre, the Duchess of Cambridge fittingly went for a nautical theme (she does love a dress code, right?), rounding out her look with flattering sailor trousers with classic gold buttons. She was first spotted in the same blazer and pumps back in October 2016, when she wore a very similar outfit during her tour of Canada. You know what they say: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And Zara is known for its tailoring, after all.

Scroll down to see how Kate Middleton styled the same Zara blazer and J.Crew shoes eight months apart.

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
