The Striking Met Gala After-Party Outfits You Didn't See

The much-anticipated 2019 Met Gala red carpet has come and gone, and it definitely exceeded expectations. Fashion powerhouses like Lady Gaga, Lupita Nyong'o, Cara Delevingne, and Janelle Monáe won the night with the campiest outfits that nailed this year's theme. However, the noteworthy looks didn't stop after the main red carpet—yep, we're talking about the after-parties.
Celebrities changed into some easier-to-wear outfits for the Met Gala after-parties—can you blame them? Kendall Jenner, for instance, ditched her over-the-top Versace feathered headpiece and wore a mini blazer dress for the after-party circuit. Hailey Bieber swapped her thong-exposing red carpet dress for a decidedly more low-key look: an oversize white shirt and sparkly shorts. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian West changed out of her dripping-with-crystals Thierry Mugler dress into a plunging blue latex mini, adding a metallic wig for good measure. Scroll down to see the best Met Gala after-party outfits of the night.
