Yes, You Can Wear Sneakers in the Winter—21 Outfits to Prove It

Welcome to #WhoWhatWearing, a series in which we highlight you, our stylish community of readers. Each of the following looks came straight from a photo you tagged us in on Instagram. Want to be featured next time? You guessed it: Use #WhoWhatWearing on the outfit posts you want us to see.

When I say "winter shoes" what styles generally comes to mind? Snow boots, combat boots, hiking boots, over-the-knee boots, and the like are terms that probably all bubble up, right? Sneakers, on the other hand, may not top your winter footwear list—but they should.

Obviously a snowstorm may warrant boots, but sneakers can more than withstand chilly temperatures so long as your accompanying outfit is styled correctly. Below I've highlighted 21 looks that demonstrate exactly how to wear sneakers in the winter to further encourage you to break out your favorite pair again. Each outfit came straight from one of our WWW readers, and each one is 100% worth copying.
