This Skirt Is a Major Hit in the Celebrity and Street Style World

Beyoncé was feeling pink this week, styling a playful Gucci ensemble to perfection. The stylish singer wore a bright pink pullover, complete with an embellished butterfly in the middle, and a coordinating metallic pink midi skirt from the brand's Pre-Fall 16 collection. While Beyoncé accessorized her fun outfit with red velvet heels and a Gucci logo–emblazoned hat and clutch, one street style star had the rosy shade on her mind too.

During New York Fashion week last month, the scene-stealing pleated skirt was also spotted on Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert, who also went for a whimsical look. With the Gucci number, the W contributor opted to wear a casual bright pink T-shirt from an NYC restaurant and floral-adorned Brian Atwood stilettos. Both her look and Beyoncé's make a strong case for the color pink, and we wouldn't be surprised to this skirt pop up on more stylish stars this season.

See how both women flaunted the same pink Gucci skirt we're obsessed with.
