That's the case when it comes to Urban Outfitters' latest must-have, which is breaking records (even though you can't buy it yet). It all started when we spotted this incredible pink denim boilersuit. In fact, Urban Outfitters is accepting preorders for it before it goes on sale 23 October. After the success of Ganni's and ASOS's fuchsia all-in-ones, it was a smart move on Urban Outfitters' part. However, it seems even the buyers were unprepared for the shopping urges it would instil.
Our friends at UO HQ revealed that the jumpsuit in question is the brand's most in-demand preorder item of all time (so much so that more were quickly ordered to fulfil demand), and it’s looking increasingly likely to sell out before it hits shop floors. Right now, the website is still taking orders, but if the wait list gets much longer, it'll have to shut down requests. We don't know about you, but we're suddenly feeling anxious.
The point of difference lies in the hue. Other styles have featured super-bright shades, but this muted tone will arguably suit more skin tones and hair colours. Throw in the fact jumpsuits make getting ready easier in the morning and it's little wonder this item is in such high demand.
