All of Tracee Ellis Ross's Looks to Host the AMAs Feature Black Designers

Tracee Ellis Ross is back to host the American Music Awards for the second year in a row, and all eyes are on her directional style. The star of Blackish and daughter of Diana Ross has become a style star in recent years and is one of the rare celebrities with the ability to pull off even the most avant-garde couture looks, just as she did in Valentino at the Emmy Awards last month.

This time around, Ross's stylist, Karla Welch, (and Ross herself on her Instagram) just confirmed in her Instagram story that all of the actress's AMAs looks for the night will proudly feature black designers. (Note that she uses the word "feature" as opposed to "wear.") Her first look, for the red carpet, is from Pyer Moss's S/S 19 collection: a unisex pink trouser suit with black lapels, which she paired with Christian Louboutin pumps and plenty of diamonds.

Be sure to watch this post throughout the night, as we'll be updating it with all of Ross's AMAs looks, which are sure to be as fabulous as she is.
