Kate Middleton's French Sister-in-Law Wore My Fave Affordable Parisian Brand

We were first introduced to Kate Middleton's sister, Pippa, at the royal wedding in 2011, but now there's yet another chic member of the family to keep an eye on. In September, Alizee Thevenet married Kate and Pippa's brother, James Middleton, and she has a cool style that I think you'll love. Thevenet is French, works as a finance director in London, and, from the looks of her Instagram, happily co-parents James's five dogs. How cute are they?

Thevenet and Middleton recently attended a carol service at Westminster Abbey hosted by the Duchess of Cambridge. For the royal affair, Thevenet stayed true to her French roots and wore a suit by Sézane, an affordable Paris-based brand. The label has long been my favorite for under-$200 pieces with a French flair, including striped tops and plaid blazers. Scroll down to see how Thevenet styled a Sézane suit and more of her cool outfits.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
