Nordstrom Has All the Bag Trends You Need for 2026

Every person who cares about fashion has their “thing.” For me, one of those has always been bags (and shoes, and sunglasses).
I still vividly remember my first bag in middle school: a Coach shoulder bag. Years later, my first designer purchase as an adult was the Granny Frame Purse from Vivienne Westwood. At the moment, brands like Balenciaga, Khaite, Mulberry, Saint Laurent, and Toteme are on my dream bag wish list, which are all stocked at Nordstrom.
As a bag person, I went through Nordstrom’s inventory to find the best bag trends for 2026. Whether your style is timeless or you love discovering emerging designers, there’s something for every taste and budget, from under-$100 pieces to investment items over $1000. There are even unexpected (and amusing) animal-shaped clutches from JW Anderson (a pigeon and a hedgehog).
