Something to Consider: Cowboy Boots as a Night-Out Shoe

Not sure if you've noticed, but Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's style has been on fire lately. She's been all over NYC this week wearing one directional look after another, and we're totally here for it. And one of those outfits featured a shoe trend that everyone is talking about as of late: cowboy boots. As far as spring fashion goes, the Western trend has received much attention this season, but knowing how to pull it off without looking costumey can be tricky. That's where RHW comes in.
Disclaimer: We're not sure how or why Huntington-Whiteley's outfit works, but it does, and it's the chicest cowboy-boot example we've seen in recent memory. She went for a full-on glamorous night-out look, complete with a miniskirt, tuxedo blazer, jeweled belt, and last but not least, sheer stockings.
Even if the sheer stockings and jeweled belt are too much for you and your aesthetic, there's plenty about this outfit that's accessible. The primary styling trick that we're taking away from it is the dip-front cowboy boots, which create a leg-lengthening effect when paired with the miniskirt and tucked-in top. And if nothing else, let her stylish look serve as proof that cowboy boots after dark are a do.
Below, see Rosie Huntington-Whiteley glamorously donning cowboy boots and shop a few black pairs that would definitely work for the evening hours.
