Bella Hadid and her new blonde hair served us all with a look last night in New York, and it instantly made us think of the famous '90s supermodels who came before her. Hadid's look, which is perhaps the perfect summer night-out outfit, consisted of a cropped cardigan (with the top button buttoned, of course), a knit midi dress, a chain-strap mini bag, and the aforementioned mules.
