4 Accessories I Use to Make Old Outfits Feel New Again
With spring now officially here, our outfits are set to be in a period of transition. While many of us are currently living in the comfort of leggings and tracksuits, it's hard not to mentally plan the outfits we'll wear once life returns to normal.
For me, I know I'll be re-wearing many of my old favourites and utilising the outfits I've loved in the past. And although it can seem boring to repeat the same looks time and time again, I've gained a few tricks over the years to help me feel fresh even when I'm wearing the same combination of items.
Enter accessories. Whether it be a bold, printed scarf, a statement belt, some eye-catching jewellery or a pair of jazzy socks, accessories have to ability to transform your entire outfit. For example, a white T-shirt looks completely anew once adorned with a few layers of gold chains, and adding a wide, waist-cinching belt over your favourite dress can give it an entirely new aesthetic. Pairing printed tights or fun socks against your favourite sandals can add interest to an outfit, as can throwing a silk scarf over your shoulders or tying one around your waist.
With this in mind, keep scrolling for the four accessories I use to make old outfits feel new again.
