Fearne's Approach to At-Home Dressing Is an Instant Mood-Booster
During trying times, many of us do whatever we can in an attempt to boost our moods. For some, it is going for a walk, and for others, it might be cooking a favourite meal, though, for Fearne Cotton, it seems that her clothes are her way of boosting her mood.
Over the last few days, Fearne has taken to Instagram to share her outfits with her three million followers and from a colour-blocked Olivia Rubin cardigan to a tie-dye rainbow sweatshirt, it's clear Cotton is relying on smile-inducing looks to help her through these times. "Taking advice from @keithlemon and wearing bright colours to lift the mood at home," Fearne captioned a recent post, by way of explanation: "Keeping the colours bright and the vibes high," she wrote on another.
While there is no definitive proof, there is much anecdotal evidence around which claims that wearing bright colours can, in fact, enhance your mood. And, hey, if it's good enough for Fearne, we're definitely willing to give it a go. Keep scrolling for Fearne's latest look and shop rainbow brights below.
