For summer 2026, two of the most popular shoes are kitten heel sandals and ballet flats. With Nordstrom currently hosting The Savings Event until May 11, I decided to browse the sale to see what I could find.

When shopping Nordstrom’s shoe section, I always start with a few favorite brands known for their markdowns. Tory Burch is a standout, with styles like the Runway Ballet Flat and Reva Travel Ballet Flat both included. Stuart Weitzman is another reliable go-to, and timeless options like the Rio Kitten Heel Sandal also part of the event. Other highlights include Calvin Klein’s Skylor Slide Sandal, Black Suede Studio’s Avery 35 Sandal, Marc Fisher’s Antonia Sandal, Tony Bianco’s Krista Sandal, and Vince’s Sanjuan Flip Flop.

Mango has several discounted styles as well, including the Ballet Flat, Kitten Heel Slingback Sandal, Mesh Ballerina Flat, and Play Sandal. I also love Mansur Gavriel’s Mari Kitten Heel Sandal and Square Toe Ballerina Flat.
