10th Birthday Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY prize draw (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as WHO WHAT WEAR incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged eighteen (18) years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with administration of this Promotion.
4. This Promotion will open at 6pm GMT 1st November 2025 and will close at 11:59pm GMT 2nd December 2025. (“Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion is made up of four (4) separate prize draws (each a “Prize Draw”). A weekly giveaway post will be posted by or on behalf of the Promoter via its applicable social media channels (each a “Platform”).
6. Each Prize Draw is free to enter, and entrants will be entered into a Prize Draw on successful completion of the Promoter’s entry requirements during the relevant Entry Period (as set out in Schedule 1) as follows:
6.1. if entering via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk account on Instagram and complete the following on the Post: (ii) like; (iii) tag at least 1 friend aged eighteen (18) years or over in the comments section. Each comment is an entry and entrants can secure an additional entry by re-sharing the post on their instagram story.
7. Entrants may submit an unlimited number of entries on each Platform in respect of each Prize Draw, by recompleting requirement (iii) of section 6 above. Only entries submitted during the relevant Entry Period will be accepted.
8. One prize winner in respect of each Prize Draw (“Prize Winner”) will be selected at random from the pool of valid entrants by computer process within seven (7) days of the end of each Entry Period save where this date would fall on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and in which case a Prize Winner will be selected on or before 5pm GMT on the Monday immediately following.
9. Prize Winners will be notified from the Promoter’s official @whowhatwear.uk Platform account that they have won a Prize within the period set out in section 8 above via direct message to the Platform via which a Prize Winner submitted their entry.
10. A different prize will be awarded for each Prize Draw. A list of the prizes (“Prizes”), the relevant Entry Period and the relevant Prize sponsor (if any) is set out in Schedule 1.
11. Prize Winners must claim their Prize within thirty (30) days of being notified that they are a Prize Winner. Failure by a Prize Winner to claim his or her Prize within thirty (30) days of notification will result in the Prize being forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right (but shall not be obliged) to re-award the Prize in these circumstances.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to make award of a Prize conditional on a Prize Winner providing satisfactory proof of identity, age and/or address to confirm they are eligible to enter a Prize Draw.
13. A Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to postpone, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to a Prize or these terms and conditions will be posted on https://www.whowhatwear.com/uk
16. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not made during the Promotion Period or otherwise in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions will be rejected.
17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major Prize Winners (if any) and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [ukassistant-whowhatwear@futurenet.com] or writes to Future Publishing Limited of Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Promotion Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [ukassistant-whowhatwear@futurenet.com]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. See also section 17 in regard to the announcement of Prize Winners.
19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Prize Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of use of a Prize except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors and/or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
21. The Promotion is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
