Not Milky, Not White—This Is the Pedicure That Cool Girls Will Be Wearing in Summer
If you want to switch up your pedicure for sandal season, this is the trend to know about.
Ask anyone about the biggest nail trends of 2026, and I guarantee they will all mention chrome manicures. Ever since Hailey Bieber (and her nail artist, Zola Ganzorigt) introduced "glazed doughnut" nails back in 2022, chrome finishes have been everywhere, and I totally get it. This trend takes a relatively simple, neutral manicure to the next level with its iridescent finish, and it looks especially good in summer when your nails sparkle in the sunshine. No longer just a trend, chrome nails are here to stay for the foreseeable future.
However, that hasn't stopped people from taking the look one step further. In fact, I've spotted top nail artists creating chrome pedicures this season, and it's safe to say I'm a little bit obsessed.
I'm a neutral pedicure lover through and through, and can often be seen sporting a milky white or sheer pink colour on my toes. However, after seeing multiple chrome pedicures on my Instagram feed, I've fallen in love with the pearlescent effect, and I'm already planning to recreate the look for my next holiday. Below, I've rounded up some of my favourite chrome pedis, along with lots of polishes to help get the look at home. You are welcome...
