Hold Up—I Just Discovered Hailey Bieber's £39 Secret to Glossy, Glazed Hair
I tested the Kérastase Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops to see if they would give me glossy hair à la Hailey Bieber.
Don't get me wrong, I like my hair. I've been blessed with long, thick, naturally wavy strands, but one thing I've never been able to achieve when styling my hair is a shiny finish. No matter how many products I use, from hair oils to hair serums and deep conditioning masks to shine sprays, it just never looks that glossy. This is especially frustrating at the moment, as we all know that the "glazed" hair trend is currently huge.
When scrolling through Instagram the other day, I came across a picture of Hailey Bieber on celebrity hair stylist Bryce Scarlett's account, and her hair looked impossibly glossy. I had to stay and read the caption to see what products Scarlett had used, and there was one in particular that really caught my eye.
As explained by Scarlett, he used the Kérastase Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops on Bieber's hair for "shine and a polished finish", so of course, I got my hands on the product straight away.

Formulated with nourishing oils and infused with wild rose, this lightweight product aims to deliver a high-shine finish similar to that of a hair gloss, and trust me when I say that it does exactly that. As soon as I opened up the box, I applied a few drops to my ends and almost gasped at how glossy they looked. What really impressed me was that the product didn't feel greasy, either. Since adding it to my hair care routine, I've genuinely applied heaps of this stuff to my dehydrated ends, and they always feel bouncy and full of life.
The chic bottle comes with a pipette-style applicator that makes it easy to apply a few drops into the palm of your hands before running through the ends of your hair. You can use it on both dry and towel-dried hair, but I personally like to use it as the finishing step in my hair styling routine.
Another huge plus? The delicate floral fragrance. Trust me, this product will make your hair smell as if you've just stepped out of a fancy Parisian salon. The scent is so popular that the brand also sells it as a hair perfume.
If you have dry, dehydrated hair like me and struggle to impart any shine, I highly recommend trying this Hailey Bieber-approved product. I can totally see why celebrity hair stylists have this in their kit.
