Savvy Beauty Shoppers Know Perfume Advent Calendars Save You $$$ for the Whole Year—12 I Have My Eye On
These will last you well beyond the holiday season.
I won't sugarcoat it: Beauty Advent calendars can be expensive—even if you don't opt for a luxury option. You are getting up to 25 treasures in one go, to be fair, so it makes sense why some would cost upward of $500. Still, I'd say they're 1000% worth the pretty penny upfront. Why? Well, these countdown collections often include exclusive goodies you can't find anywhere else—holiday-inspired shades, for example. But buying an Advent calendar can also wind up saving you money in the long run, especially when it comes to perfume.
Let's say you're a fan of Byredo. One bottle of Bal d'Afrique will set you back $235, but you can score it—plus a $90 Mojave Ghost Hair Perfume, $85 Blanche Body Mist, and $50 Bibliothèque and Tree House Candles—by investing in the brand's Holiday Advent Calendar. That list already tallies up to $510, and I didn't even mention the other bodycare and makeup staples! Yes, a $955 price tag may initially make your wallet cry, but high-end perfume is notoriously spendy, and bundling multiple bottles will give you the biggest bang for your buck. Plus, emptying a fragrance will take a long while compared to, say, a tube of eye cream or mascara, so you're essentially buying a year's (or even longer) worth of perfume in one go. I call that savvy shopping.
Hopefully, I've convinced you of the perks of perfume Advent calendars, so the only question that remains is this: Which bundle is actually worth your hard-earned dollar? I did all the mental math for you below, so all you need to do is scroll on and select your favorite. Here's to smelling absolutely mouthwatering this holiday season and beyond.

Best Overall: Diptyque Advent Calendar

Twenty-five best-selling Diptyque fragrances, candles, and scented bodycare? Say less. I wear Orphéon and Eau Rose at least twice a week, and I have no less than three Diptyque candles burning in my apartment on fall and winter evenings. (Right now, Rhubarbe and Santal are on rotation.) I can't think of a better Advent calendar to invest in this season. If someone wanted to buy it for me as a gift, I wouldn't be mad!
Best Multicategory: Byredo Advent Calendar
Price: $955

Release date: Available now
Number of items: 25
There's a reason Byredo earned the "Best Overall" title in our beauty Advent calendar roundup. The brand (which rarely does offers like this, BTW) bundled all its best sellers—including the Bal d'Afrique Eau de Parfum, Bibliothèque Candle, Mojave Ghost Hair Perfume, and Blanche Body Mist—plus makeup staples and chic accessories into one 25-piece set. Trust me. This is an Advent calendar you'll rely on long after the holiday season is over.
Best Longevity: Parfums de Marly Countdown Calendar
Price: $460
Worth: Not disclosed
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 12
Parfums de Marly's Delina and Valaya are two of the most beloved perfumes of all time, even among a picky crop of WWW editors, which makes this seven-day set an absolute no-brainer. Along with the iconic 10-milliliter scents, it features another 10-milliliter bottle of Althair Exclusif, three five-milliliter blends (Delina La Rosée, Athénaïs, and Althaïr), a Valaya 30-milliliter Eau de Parfum and 50-milliliter Body Cream, a 50-milliliter Delina Shower Gel, and a hot-air balloon key chain. Parfums de Marly's fragrances are known for being impressively long-lasting, so know that even the travel-friendly sizes will stick around for a while. For reference, I still have my vial of Valaya from last year's collection.
Best Home and Personal Scents: Glasshouse Fragrances 24 Days of Christmas Advent Calendar
Price: $300
Worth: Not disclosed
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 24
Glasshouse Fragrances may be best known for its home scents, but I'm begging you not to overlook its elevated eau de parfums. In this set of 24, you'll score the fresh Sunsets in Capri, the gourmand-floral Moon and Back, the floral-musk Kyoto in Bloom (my favorite!), and the fruity Forever Florence, plus candles, lotions, and room sprays to match.
Best Reusable: Molton Brown The 2026 Decadent Delights Advent Calendar
Price: $325
Worth: $645
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 24
Inspired by a box of chocolates, Molton Brown's Decadent Delights Advent Calendar is arguably the most aesthetically pleasing of the bunch. The sleek, round silhouette with an oversize bow is perfect to reuse on your nightstand as a jewelry case, bookstand, or catchall after you unbox each treasure. That said, don't overlook what's inside: Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel, Fiery Pink Pepper, Mesmerising Oudh Accord & Gold Bath, Neon Amber, Rose Dunes, Tea Ceremony, and Sunlit Clementine & Vetiver scents in a variety of eau de parfum, candle, and bodycare formats.
Most Likely to Sell Out: Penhaligon's 12 Days Holiday Calendar Set
Price: $260
Worth: Not disclosed
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 12
Penhaligon's 24-day Advent calendar is already sold out, but you can still snag the 12-day version… for now. At present, there are only a few left at Nordstrom! I can totally see why this is flying off the shelves. Penhaligon's is a more underrated fragrance house compared to buzzy mainstays like Byredo and Le Labo, but it's been around since the 1800s and is responsible for some of the most heavenly scents and bottles around—namely, The Favourite, Halfeti, and Luna, all of which are featured here in the bundle.
Best Variety: Bloomingdale's 12 Days of Luxury Fragrance Advent Calendar
Price: $150
Worth: $320
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 12
Can't commit to just one brand? With the Bloomingdale's Luxury Fragrance Advent Calendar, you don't have to. Expect best sellers from Jo Malone London, Bulgari, Creed, Byredo, Christian Louboutin, and Van Cleef & Arpels (yes, the jewelry house makes perfume, and it makes you smell downright royal) to add to your growing fragrance wardrobe. You just might discover a very fancy signature scent. For such a luxury assortment, I'm honestly shocked to find this one tagged at $150—a total steal.
Best "IYKYK": DedCool Advent Calendar
Price: $142
Worth: $179
Release date: Available now
Number of items: 12
Of all my most complimented perfumes, none create quite a frenzy like DedCool's skin-like offerings. I can't explain it, but the subtly musky perfumes are basically the closest it comes to universal cool-girl scents. I also can't think of a beauty editor who wouldn't be psyched to receive this 12-piece collection, which also includes coveted bodycare and laundry detergent. Trust me. You don't know you need fine-fragrance detergent until you wash your delicates with DedCool.
Best Party Gift: Carolina Herrera Advent Calendar: 24 Days of Beauty

Fun fact: Carolina Herrera's stunning heel-shaped perfume bottles double as chic phone stands. The more you know! You'll score at least two here from the Good Girl family, which is frequently lauded as the best date-night perfume on the market. It's quite the fitting pick as we head into holiday-party season.
Best Luxury: Maison Francis Kurkdjian 8-Piece Christmas to New Year's Countdown Calendar

This might be the most expensive Advent calendar listed, but it's also one of the most coveted. See, you don't get many opportunities to snag the buzzy Baccarat Rouge 540, Oud Satin Mood, and Grand Soir scents all in one go, along with their candle equivalents. Get this for the most luxurious fragrancehead on your list. I promise they won't be disappointed you did.

I cannot get enough of Bulgari's Thé Imperial Eau de Toilette. It's the exclusive scent of Bulgari Hotels, and it never fails to make me feel like I'm on a luxury vacation. I know its other Thé offerings, like Vert and Blanc, will be just as mouthwatering. I won't rest until my entire bathroom smells like Bulgari, and with this medley of soap, lotions, and travel sprays, my dream is about to become an opulent reality.
