Heath Ledger's Birthday Tribute From Naomi Watts

Yep, today would have been Heath Ledger's 39th birthday. If you're anything like us, you've never really gotten over the death of the iconic Australian screen star, even 10 years later. Naomi Watts, for one, definitely knows the feeling. She dated Ledger from 2002 to 2004 and today took the opportunity to share a sweet tribute to in honor of his birthday.

"Happy birthday to this darling heart. We will never forget you," she captioned her post, which featured a picture of her and Ledger holding hands on the red carpet at the 2004 SAG Awards in Los Angeles. Read on to see the photo for yourself.
