GIF Guide: The 15 Best Luxury Gifts on the Internet
Is there a time of year more special than Christmas? For me, it's all about outdoor BBQs, beach days, and time spent relaxing with friends and family. And during that time, comes the exchanging of the gifts. I’m a bit over the top and send a curated wish list to my family way back in October of “hints” and “suggestions”, but they’re not quite as organised, so I’m left up to my own devices to source the perfect gift.
While I love waking up on Christmas morning, running to the tree, and finding a luxuriously wrapped present with my name on it, what I love even more is seeing the look on my loved-ones faces when they unwrap the ultimate Christmas gift I’ve picked out just for them. There’s seriously no greater joy (and the smugness that washes over me is basically a gift in itself).
To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, and the best time to spoil those you love, our editors on MyDomaine, Byrdie, and Who What Wear, have compiled the ultimate GIF guide (because #fun), of the most luxurious gifts on the planet. We’ve tapped the brands you love most (like Hermès, Céline, Loewe, and Nars), and selected pieces across every budget.
Keep scrolling to drool over (and shop) these incredible pieces.
Céline Radical Sunglasses ($569), Jimmy Choo Glam Sunglasses ($320), Marc Jacobs Marc DDB/9C Sunglasses ($369).
"Guys, we live in Australia. One pair of sunglasses just will not do. You need options, and shopping for specs is a fail-safe gift. No size guides required. Between Céline, Jimmy Choo, and Marc Jacobs, we've found a pair that'll suit every face shape."—Amanda Stavropoulos.
Loewe Puzzle Leather Bag ($3050).
"Loewe has been quietly undergoing a resurgence, and if our predictions are correct, the label will be the brand to shop next year. Whether you're shopping for a 'fashion girl' or not, whoever ends up with this bag over their arm this Christmas, will appreciate the soft, supple leather, and relaxed shape of the now-iconic Puzzle bag."—Amanda Stavropoulos.
Tiffany & Co. Tiffany 1837 Rose Gold Cuff ($10,100), Elsa Peretti Bone Cuff ($1650), Tiffany T Square Bracelet ($8600), Tiffany 1837 Wide Cuff ($2500).
"Girls dream of receiving a little blue box under the tree. Whether you opt for a classic piece like the Elsa Peretti Bone Cuff, or a new Tiffany T Square Bracelet, you're bound to be in her good books for a long time."—Amanda Stavropoulos.
Aquazzura Christy Sequinned Flats ($920).
"It might not look like it, but this is actually two gifts in one. One: A pair of glitzy lace-up flats. Two: The sweet relief of not having to wear heels on New Year's Eve. These bad boys will provide all the dressed-up feels she'll be going for."—Amanda Stavropoulos.
Gucci Wide Leather Belt With Pearl Double G ($1365) and Tan Leather Belt With Double G Buckle ($605).
"When we think back to 2016, and the labels that defined it, Gucci will be at the top of the list. I'm asking for one of the brands' signature logo belts this Christmas, as a memento of the year that was."—Amanda Stavropoulos.
Hermes Carnets d'Equateur Cup and Saucer Set ($455).
"Say bonjour to the gift that will literally last a lifetime (and the ultimate luxury). Hermes is always a good idea—especially in porcelain form"—Lauren Powell
Dinosaur Designs Resin Temple Vase ($210).
"Any flower lover (read: everyone) would dream of adding this beautifully crafted Dinosaur Designs resin masterpiece to their vase collection."—Lauren Powell.

"If you’re looking for a timeless gift that combines craftsmanship, quality, and design, look no further than this Mont Blanc ball-point—a luxury writing instrument is the definition of class."—Lauren Powell.
Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte's Giant Magic Cream ($320).
"What's better than a regular-sized tub of Charlotte Tilbury's beloved Magic Cream? A JUMBO one. At a festive 150mls, this generous pot will last your giftee three times as long."—Lisa Patulny.
Dior Diorific Vernis in Splendor [red], Cosmic [burgundy] and Nova [white] ($43 each).

Tom Ford Cafe Rose Candle And Cover Set ($370).
"If I could explain the intense amazingness that is the scent of this candle I would. As such, I don't have adequate words, but "a heady and intoxicating blend of Turkish delight, honeyed espresso and incense smoke" comes close."—Lisa Patulny.
Bobbi Brown Travel Brush Set ($250).
"I often gift brushes come Christmastime because a) travel sets like this deliver maximum bang for your buck and b) I'm yet to meet a makeup aficionado with too many."—Lisa Patulny.
