7 Times Lady Kitty Spencer Dressed Exactly Like Her Aunt Princess Diana
When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding aired, I had my eyes glued to the TV for all of the pomp and circumstance, to catch a glimpse at the bride’s dress, and for the history of it all. But what I didn’t expect was to be captivated by another royal: Lady Kitty Spencer.
The young royal is the niece of Princess Diana and definitely inherited her style instincts. In fact, when I started investigating Spencer’s style, I was surprised by just how many of her outfits look just like ones Princess Diana wore before her. Some are uncanny—like the floor-sweeping blue long-sleeve sequin dress Spencer recently wore that is a near replica of a style Princess Diana wore in the ’90s. Or the off-the-shoulder black dress–and–choker necklace combo that Princess Diana wore over 20 years ago that Spencer replicated just a few months ago. Ahead are seven times Kitty Spencer dressed exactly like her aunt Princess Diana.
A Kelly Green Dress
This outfit is the one Kitty Spencer wore to the royal wedding and first garnered my attention.
Sequins seem to be beloved among the royals. It’s kind of wild how similar these outfits are.
An off-the-shoulder black dress might be the go-to LBD. Kitty Spencer certainly makes a case for it.
You really can’t go wrong with florals. That’s something the royals are certainly clued in about.
A favorite among the fashion set, Kitty Spencer walked the runway at Dolce & Gabbana wearing this metallic silver gown. What’s interesting is that it is strikingly similar to a dress Princess Diana wore decades ago.
More sequins. We’re making mental notes that this style is in the royal playbook.
When in doubt, go for a printed pint dress just like Spencer and Princess Diana.
We predict big things for Lady Kitty Spencer and will have our eyes on the rising fashion star.
