Kate Middleton Just Wore Princess Diana's Tiara With a Cinderella Gown

We don't blame you if you've been preoccupied with Meghan Markle's insanely stylish tour of Australia and Fiji, but she's not the only royal making fashion waves right now. Back in London, all eyes were on Kate Middleton at Buckingham Palace during a state banquet with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.

For the occasion, the Duchess of Cambridge wore Princess Diana's iconic Lover's Knot tiara with a pastel blue Alexander McQueen gown worthy of Cinderella. Middleton has only worn a tiara a handful of times, so the fashion moment was certainly special. Scroll down to see how Lady Di herself wore the tiara in the '80s and to revisit all of Middleton's tiara moments.
