First, we clued you into the Barbie feet craze and then to its successor, the baby giraffe pose, both of which we saw all over our Instagram feeds this summer. Now it's time to introduce you to the next posing trend that's going viral all over the photo-sharing platform. Celebs and fashion girls alike have taken to standing (or sitting) with one leg propped up on a higher surface, or what we'll now call the gazelle pose.
To execute the pose, keep one leg bent at about a 90-degree angle and the other straight to appear as if you're in a lunge position. Consequently, the pose is a really good stretch for your hamstrings and hip flexors, and it's similar to what runners do before they hit the pavement (hence the name gazelle, which refers to one of the fastest running animals).
