I Stopped Someone in Erewhon to Ask What Shoes They Had On—Now I Can't Stop Wearing Them

While I don't do all my food shopping at Erewhon (I'm not interested in going bankrupt, thanks), I do happen to live walking distance from the It market, which means I'll often run in and treat myself to a Hailey Bieber Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie or a spicy tuna roll on occasion. The wildly expensive market also happens to be a great place to people-watch, and the fashion editor in me always loves to pay attention to the chic pieces stylish L.A. people are wearing while buying their kombucha six-packs.

A few weeks ago, while strolling the supplements aisle, I saw a woman wearing the cutest red jelly shoes (a trend I'm loving this summer), and I lost no time in finding out where they were from. To my delight, she told me she just bought them from Nordstrom for $50! You'd be right in thinking I purchased them on my way back home before I had even finished my Hailey Bieber smoothie.

I've been wearing these jelly Mary-Janes nonstop, as they go with everything from casual shorts to elevated lace skirts and jeans. IMO, they add a trendy touch to all my summer outfits. They also come in a variety of cool colors, so if you're interested in getting a pair for yourself, then keep scrolling below so you can add them to your cart as quickly as I did. Then, take a look at some other chic Nordstrom shoes I have my eye on right now—many of which will be discounted for the upcoming Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, which starts on July 12.
