It's that time of year again: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is almost here, and our editors are already brainstorming what they might buy. If you've never shopped it before, this isn't a typical end-of-sale clearance. It's not just picked-over leftovers like some sale sections—there's discounted designer and cult-favorite beauty. To give you an idea of how incredible the deals are: one of my coworkers got her first pair of Monolos for under $300.
This year, Early Access for Nordstrom cardholders runs from July 8 until July 11, with the sale opening to everyone else July 12 through August 3. While we don't have the full list of markdowns yet, Nordstrom has released a small preview that lets you browse some of what's coming, so you can start planning ahead of time.
