5 Random Colors That Are About to Be Everywhere
When you think about the trends that come out of fashion month, it’s easy to let your mind go straight to the runways—and it makes sense. Historically, much of the focus has been on the catwalk. In the last several years, however, the focus has shifted (in part) to another aspect of fashion weeks in Copenhagen, New York, London, Milan, Paris, and more.
Street style, which provides more immediately actionable inspiration, has continued to increase its market share of our attention, and it’s only natural. While the runways predict trends that will only become relevant in several months’ time, street style stars are wearing pieces that are predominately available in the moment and show us seasonally relevant styling tricks and trends that you can re-create immediately. That's why I know that the colors below, which were all over street style this past fashion month, are likely going to be everywhere any minute now, more so than they are already. Just keep scrolling to see the proof, and shop each one.
Baby Blue
Probably not the technical term, but you know what I mean. Baby blue didn't just steal the show this fashion month, it also stole a piece of my heart. From accessories to outerwear and even simple sweaters, the color gives any item a soft yet statement-making touch.
Shop baby blue:
Hot, Hot Pink
Millennial Pink is out in favor of a bolder hue! Hot pink is the new kid in town, and if you're worried about how to style it—don't be. As you're about to see, the hue pairs perfectly with white, cream, red, other shades of pink, and even black accessories, so consider the research phase complete.
Shop hot pink:
Literal Lavender
I want you to imagine what the flowers on a sprig of lavender look like—that's what we're going for here. A bold tone that can either add to your look in the form of just one piece or make your look by way of a monochrome ensemble. Whichever way you go, you won't regret it.
Shop lavender:
Muppet Green
Arguably the scariest, but also my favorite—I think—muppet green was everywhere this fashion month, making it impossible to ignore. And, contrary to what you would think, you're about to see how easy to style it is. Just add neutrals (think beige, black, and white) and more green.
Shop muppet green:
Yellow Mustard
Not to be confused with mustard yellow—yellow mustard is the shade that works anytime, anyplace, and in any season. Whether you opt for a streetwear-inspired look or something sleek such as a trench coat and trousers, it's a color for being seen in, and definitely worth an investment this spring.

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here at Who What Wear, and she is currently Editor-at-Large. Upon joining, she was a senior about to graduate from business school at USC. Fast-forward to 2025, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was just starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content and her Trust Me—Buy This newsletter. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to neutral, classic pieces but will always make an exception for something colorful or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a party is dressing up for one. On her downtime, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
