This winter, we're going back through the archive, reintroducing our favourite timeless items that have kept us company through seasons past. Rather than rushing to the checkout to snatch up the latest trend-led pieces all the time, we're often found shopping our own wardrobes and restyling those key pieces that have never let us down. Of the lot, one of my personal heroes for autumn/winter has to be a simple chunky, black knit. Style Notes: Contrary to popular belief, you absolutely can wear white trousers in winter. Opt for a heavier fabric than summer's favourite linen, such as denim or wool, and finish your look with mary janes for an easy and elegant ensemble.
