30 Spring Buys From H&M, Mango and Arket That Say Hello, Sunshine

The sun has finally arrived! And not the chilly, blue sky kind—actual warmth-on your-face, remove-a-layer kind of sunshine. And all we can say is hoo-rah. We were due a bit of respite, weren’t we? The next few weeks are looking positively balmy compared to all the drizzle we’ve had to endure, which means it’s finally time to start getting excited about spring fashion once again. Yes, that means the elevating power of trench coats, the ease of a simple blazer-and-jeans outfit, and the joy of throwing on your favourite dress with trainers—it’s all back. I don’t know about you, but my overworked winter wardrobe is welcoming it with open arms.

If you haven’t already, this week is the perfect time to unearth your spring wardrobe from its vacuum packs or storage boxes and start taking stock of what pieces you have already (remember those?) and where the gaps lie in your new-season capsule. That way, you can approach the new spring collections with a clear idea of which pieces will actually uplift your everyday outfits or add something to your occasionwear offering, for example.

While you’re busy doing that, it’s our job as Who What Wear editors to scour all the new-in sections and make sure we're bringing you the best of the best to make your lives easier when you do come to shop. In fact, I’ve been making a start already (I got overexcited by the weather report, okay!), and if you keep scrolling, you’ll find some of the most exciting affordable spring fashion I’ve laid eyes on so far.

H&MMango and Arket are always top of our list as fashion editors when refreshing our own closets, and when I checked their latest drops this week, I felt totally inspired for the sunny days ahead. So I thought it would be useful to share my findings, from zesty brights to palette-cleansing neutrals, there are so many easy pieces that will give your existing outfits an instant injection of spring. I’ve added links below to the 30 pieces that impressed me most. Enjoy!
