Zendaya's Odyssey Premiere Look Gave Greek Goddess in the Best Way—See the Exact Items Used
She looked like a real-life Athena.
ICYMI, the premiere of The Odyssey took place in London yesterday, and the film's star-studded cast took to the red carpet. Matt Damon, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, Anne Hathaway, and Charlize Theron were among the main cast in attendance alongside the recently married Tom Holland and Zendaya. The latter worked her signature press-tour finesse with stylist Law Roach, who dressed her in a Schiaparelli dress hot off the F/W 27 haute couture runway in Paris, and makeup artist Ernesto Casillas, who created her jaw-dropping, Athena-esque look.
"I wanted to give Zendaya a bronzed, sun-kissed, and radiant complexion worthy of a glowing Greek goddess," Casillas said in a press release. "I created light, mesmerizing eyes to echo the ethereal elegance of the dress." Luckily, I have the details on the exact makeup products Casillas used. Hint: All of them were from Charlotte Tilbury. Casillas then used this full-coverage, hydrating concealer. It has a natural-matte finish powered by Powder Blur Airtech for up to 24 hours of creaseless wear, yet it's never powdery or cakey thanks to a smooth, hyaluronic acid–spiked formula.
When it came time for foundation, Casillas used (what else but) Charlotte Tilbury's Beautiful Skin Foundation. It has a natural-glow finish and medium, buildable coverage that hydrates, smooths, blurs, and brightens in one step.
Casillas used three shades of this eyeshadow stick to create Zendaya's ethereal, goddess-like eye look: Nude Sculpt, Mink Sculpt, and Satin Diamonds (it appears as if he placed the latter precisely on the inner corners of her eyes).
He lined Zendaya's lips with Charlotte Tilbury's Super Nudes Lip Cheat Contour Duo Lip Liner. Use one side to define the lips, and the other to fill them in. They're designed to create a fuller-looking pout than when using traditional lip liner alone.
