Ashley Olsen Wore These Classic Nike Sneakers for a Night Out in New York
The contents of Ashley Olsen's shoe collection are something of acute interest to us, especially when it comes to styles that are actually affordable (unlike her picks from The Row, sadly). Last night, while Olsen was out in New York with twin sister Mary-Kate, she decided to forgo her pricey designer shoes for a pair of Nike Cortez sneakers, a throwback style from the '70s that the brand revived earlier this decade.
What we love about Nike Cortez sneakers is that they're decidedly chic and polished as opposed to sporty, so they can be worn with a variety of looks. Case in point: Olsen's furry statement coat. Oversize outerwear and flat shoes have become an Olsen signature, but we don't get a ton of Olsen sneaker sightings. In other words, give yourself permission to be excited about this and add the under-$100, Olsen-approved kicks to your collection. See Ashley's look and shop Nike Cortez sneakers below.
