My Most-Worn High-Street Jumper Just Went On Sale and I Needed You to Know

If there’s one clothing item every single one of our editors in the Who What Wear office loves, it’s a striped jumper. Despite all our different personal styles, this classic always prevails thanks to its versatile and extremely useful properties. Today, though, I’m here to focus on just one. A very good one. Probably the best one I've ever found on the high street.

& Other Stories’ turtleneck knit has that beautifully luxe weight to it that you don’t often find on the high street, with a thick weave and gradual stripes that make it surprisingly flattering. It's just oversized enough to have that designer slouch, and a cosy high turtleneck is the finishing touch. If you’re not a fan of stripes, or perhaps like me you’ve already got enough striped jumpers to supply a whole army, then you’ll be pleased to know it also comes in a gorgeous neutral beige too.

I'm not lying when I say I wear this knit on repeat, and the quality has lasted so well considering I bought it over a year ago. It's one of those knits that & Other Stories restocks each season because of how classic it is, but it regularly sells out. Miraculously, though, right now there's not only stock left but it's also ON. SALE. That's right, & Other Stories' huge winter sale just started, and while having a browse I was honestly shocked to find my favourite knit with over 50% off! I couldn't keep that good a deal to myself now, could I?

Influencers and other fashion insiders are also big fans of this knit, including Rachael Clifton of @bubblyaquarius and Maxine Eggenberger, our deputy editor who tried the style on in store recently and added it to her collection straight away. According to her, it also makes a great designer dupe. "I've been contemplating investing in Toteme's striped knit, but after trying this, I think it's just as good (not to mention a quarter of the price!)," she said.

Keep scrolling to see and shop this wardrobe staple in the sale now, while you still can.
