I'm a Fashion Editor, and I Think These Outfit Ideas Are Super Easy to Pull Off
We've all had those days when no matter how hard we think and stare at our clothes, we cannot come up with an outfit to wear. Don't fret, because as a fashion editor, it's my job to give you a solution to that problem. Sometimes I tend to overthink what I need to create a great outfit when all it takes is a few simple pieces to look put together. One source of inspiration that's been my go-to lately is the Instagram account of our namesake label, Who What Wear Collection. The pieces cater to the perfect fusion of trendy, timeless, and luxe and are the kind of items you'll keep in your wardrobe for a long time. Seeing the fashion set style the latest drops, from matching knit sets to leather separates, quickly pulls me out of my fashion funk and gets me thinking, Okay, I can pull that off. If you find yourself in the same boat as me, you'll be happy with the outfit ideas below.
Ahead, you'll find not only a range of outfit inspiration but also a variety of shopping picks that were designed with our editors and readers in mind. Keep scrolling to find out what you need to re-create the looks, and shop the pieces you're missing while you're at it.
While this knit number is enough of a showpiece on its own, a belt breaks up the look and gives it some dimension.
While I love seeing this skirt paired with its matching top, an oversize blazer also makes a great match.
Sweaters and leather separates are a match made in heaven.
If you're getting tired of wearing your corset one way, try layering it over a crisp button-up like shown above. I've always been hesitant to wear a corset, but Sara clearly shows it can be styled modestly with no problem.
What's easier than a cozy dress and matching socks?
Another cozy 'fit anyone can pull off. A sleek coat and vintage-style sneakers will take your loungewear up a whole new level.
When in doubt, opt for all black. It's a quick and easy way to look elevated without any deep thinking needed.
Instead of opting for a simple black dress, choose one that has a unique detail like a cutout. The dress will draw enough attention, so you'll only need to focus on simple accessories.
