It's safe to say that Revolve has an established and dedicated fan base, but now the retailer has set its sights on a new demographic: Gen Z, aka shoppers who are 22 years old and younger. What is the retailer enticing them with, exactly? Affordable prices and a lot of trend-driven items, of course. Revolve's new venture is an online retailer called Superdown, which boasts hundreds of new arrivals every week. Since we're talking about Revolve, the launch naturally comes along with the support of some Gen Z influencers, including 20-year-old Cindy Kimberly and 22-year-old Sofia Jamora.
"Superdown is a powerful opportunity to further develop our relationship with the Gen-Z consumer by creating an exciting new destination centered around making aspirational style more affordable and accessible," Michael Mente, co-CEO and co-founder of Revolve Group, said in a statement.
