Sadie Sink Wore the Denim Trend That's So Gen Z Coded

If there's one Gen Z style star on this millennial's fashion mood board, it's Sadie Sink. Not only does the Stranger Things actress have great taste, but she also knows what works on her 5'3" frame.

Just yesterday, Sink was spotted in New York City wearing the denim trend I've been hesitant to try: cargo jeans. The baggy and occasionally bulky design is intimidating at best and overwhelming at worst, particularly for those without supermodel-length legs. As with everything from red carpet looks to off-duty attire, Sink pulls off the trend while making it look effortlessly cool.

In preparation for taking the plunge, I tracked down the most wearable baggy cargo pants to try this spring. Some feel more retro, and others look more polished, like wide-leg trousers. No matter what, the key—especially for petite people—is a great tailor. I have a feeling Sink keeps hers on speed dial.
