Despite its name (the two cities were chosen to convey "the idea of contrasts," Paris being "sophisticated in style" and Texas having a "fun attitude," they say), the founders insist that every single component that makes up the brand's shoes—from the soles to the buckles to the packaging—is sourced in Italy.
