This Elevated Basic Is the Key to My Most-Complimented Looks

Fun fact: One of my favorite elevated basics at the moment is the oversize button-up shirt. The modern classic has been a staple for many over the last few seasons, and it’s quickly becoming my tried-and-true go-to. While I primarily go for the silhouette in white, I recently bought a striped iteration and want to try one of the forward styles in a saturated hue as well. 

Now, there are a few reasons I turn to this basic. For one, it’s so easy to style and can go with so many different items. In addition, I’ve been getting outfit compliments both IRL and on IG when I go for an oversize white shirt with straight-leg blue jeans and fun accessories. Check it out above.
