There’s no denying that we’re obsessed with the Oscars. With the awards show, the amazing dresses, and the impeccable beauty looks, what’s not to love? While it’s unquestionably exciting to watch the show in anticipation of finding out which nominees will win the awards, it’s equally as exciting to note all the amazing looks that an awards show of this size inspires.

And as much as we love the red carpet, we also love to see what it’s really like to experience a major event from the celeb's view. Which is why we are once again finding ourselves thankful to the beauty that is Instagram. Whereas we once only had red carpet photos and our imaginations to work with, it’s now possible for us to actually see how the stars get ready to celebrate the Oscars.

From the actual awards show itself, to the viewing and after-party, there’s much more than meets the eye in preparation for the events.
