Meghan Markle Wore a $240 Dress From a Viral Brand Sofia Richie Loves

Ahead of her 42nd birthday, Markle was spotted on a dinner date with Prince Harry at Tre Lune in Montecito, California, wearing a black-and-cream striped tube dress that's both reasonably affordable and majorly chic.
