Kylie Jenner's $50 Naked Shoes Are Causing Instagram Chaos

Kylie Jenner is hardly shy about causing a stir on the internet. After all, as the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner crew, she's no stranger to the fact that everyone and their mother has an opinion on everything she does, says, and wears. Remember the Twitter storm after she posted a video of her daughter, Stormi? This time, it's the Instagram community she has panicked—over a pair of naked shoes.

This week, Jenner showed off a pair of naked heels that we can only describe as an optical illusion. The $50 pair from shoe brand Public Desire is built on a clear plastic base, making it appear as if the wearer only has on fishnet socks. Not only do these heels warrant a double take just to understand how they actually function as shoes, but it seems Jenner's followers are losing it over how they feel, too. The comments section immediately filled up with the same concern: reactions like "girl ur toes good??", "Those toes are suffering," and our personal favorite, "steamy toez."
