Kourtney Kardashian Got Married (Kind of) in the Biggest Trend of 2022 So Far
At last, the wait is over. Roughly 24 hours after the news broke that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker—who got engaged on the beach in Montecito, California, back in October—were married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel on Grammys night, we finally got our hands on photos from the ceremony.
On Wednesday, the eldest Kardashian sister posted a slideshow of images from the couple's makeshift wedding, showcasing the newlyweds kissing in front of an Elvis impersonator turned officiant. And while their Vegas ceremony wasn't technically legit (according to her post, they didn't get an actual license), it was dreamy nonetheless. Plus, it gave us an idea of what the duo is thinking for their actual wedding, which, by the looks of it, will include leather.
To check off wedding number one, both Kardashian and Barker wore oversize leather motorcycle jackets aka the biggest trend of 2022 so far. (Showcased in Prada's S/S 22 collection as well as countless F/W 22 collections a season later, the once-dated outerwear style is making a major comeback.) The bride paired hers with a yellow-and-black vintage Versace look from the label's F/W 12 collection, while Barker went shirtless. They both donned the same black sunglasses they wore on the Grammys red carpet. In other words, the reality TV star was the epitome of an alt-bride, yet another major 2022 trend.
To mark the momentous occasion and congratulate the happy couple on their impending official nuptials, shop the leather-jacket trend below.

Deadwood makes high-quality leather for way less than everyone else.
AllSaints is known for leather jackets, and this one is a best seller. (I'd know—I used to work there.)
I'm loving the rugged and distressed details.
