If there's one thing I hate, it's being cold. For the longest time, I overlooked bundling up for the fall and winter, but in the last few years, I made a point of investing in cold-weather outerwear and accessories to make it a bit more tolerable.

With the new season here and temperatures already dropping in New York City, I looked through a variety of retailers to curate the chicest coats for every budget. My current favorite styles include trenches, wool (funnel-neck versions are trending), and faux fur.
