Gal Gadot Announced Her Pregnancy in the Cutest Way—See the Photo

It seems like celebrities have mastered the art of the Instagram pregnancy announcement. Chrissy Teigen, Ciara, and Olivia Wilde are just some of the stars who have broken the big news with a sweet photo—and now you can add Gal Gadot to the list.

"So excited to share this wonder with you... #mommyforthesecondtime," she captioned the photo, referencing the superhero she plays on screen. It's safe to say she'll have a lot on her plate next year: Her Wonder Woman flick comes out in June, so expect to see lots and lots of chic red carpet looks.

Back in March, we chatted with Gadot about her leading role, and she explained her excitement about the gig: "I love Wonder Woman. I love everything she stands for; I love what she represents," she told us at the time. "I think that she is such an amazing and iconic character. She’s all about love and truth, equality, justice, and compassion." In other words, she's an amazing role model for Gadot's future child.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
