6 Trends All the Stylish Girls Are Wearing in Paris
With shows like Jacquemus and Dior already unfolding during Paris Fashion Week, fashion’s biggest editors and influencers have been descending upon the city to take them all in. And it wouldn’t be fashion month without seeing some seriously iconic street style outfits between all of the biggest shows. While there are still plenty more days of PFW ahead, we’ve already been spotting some big trends on the street style scene.
There are some bags—like the Jacquemus minis and Chloé C bag—that have emerged as the It bags of the season—while other trends like oversize silhouettes and throwback shoes have been interpreted in different ways among the fashion set. Ahead, I’m breaking down six of the big trends that are everywhere in Paris. Go on to see how fashion insiders are wearing them and then shop each trend or It piece for yourself.
Jacquemus Mini Bag
While big bags are one of the big trends for spring, mini styles are everywhere—especially in their many Jacquemus iterations.
FRINGE JACKETS
When it comes to outerwear, there's a cool Western element that is carrying over from last season with all of the amazing fringe-detailed pieces.
Chloé C Bag
Say hello to the Chloé C bag—a bonafide It bag for 2019.
Wide Pants
Fashion girls have been swapping out more fitted pants for looser fitting silhouettes.
PLATFORMS
Guess which shoe trend is back in a major way? The platform.
BUCKET HATS
Yes, bucket hats are still a trend worth investing in. After spotting them on the runway at Dior, the trend proves it has serious staying power.
